Alicia & Brian

Not too long ago, a very good friend of mine came up to visit family and friends from the East Coast.  We were all not only fortunate enough to see her again, but also her lovely daughter, Brooke, and her husband, Brian.  Brian was actually on the West Coast training for his next deployment to Afghanistan and was able to make it up for a weekend.  We were all lucky to have gotten to spend a little time with all of them….I was lucky enough to have had them want to do a couple photo sessions!!  I was beyond thrilled.  I wish Brian not only the best of luck but my thanks for all that he has helped do for our country….make it home safely!!  This is the first of the two sessions.  The next session I did was with Alicia and her adorable daughter, Brooke (will be posted asap). 

Bridal Portrait Session

I very recently got together with a friend/bride who was wanting to get more bridal portraits done in her dress…my thought, “Why not?”  So we had her hair and make-up done by Beckey Miller (232-2175) at Country Cutts, we drove out to a very old bridge and we endured the cold weather of about 10 degrees to get these AMAZING shots!!  Sherrie is such a good sport and it really showed.

Anchorage Bridal Fair

I am getting more and more excited as the time draws near.  For those of you who do not know (and I am not sure who doesn’t actually know about this annual event), the Anchorage Bridal Fair will be this coming Sunday, January, 24 at the new De’naina Convention Center from 11am-4pm.  I am becoming anxious to kick off the wedding season with a bang this year. 

I can’t wait to see everyone there!!
